Peeli Moong Dal ya Hari Moong Dal: 1 cup (3-4 ghante bhigi hui)
Chawal (Rice): 2 chammach (crispiness ke liye)
Hari Mirch (Green Chillies): 2
Adrak (Ginger): 1 chhota tukda
Jeera (Cumin seeds): 1 chhota chammach
Namak (Salt): Swaad anusar
Hing (Asafoetida): Ek chutki
Paani: Batter banane ke liye
Tel ya Ghee: Dosa sekne ke liye
Step-by-Step Recipe (Banane ka Tareeka)
Step 1: Dal aur Chawal ko Bhigona
Sabse pehle moong dal aur chawal ko acche se dho kar 3 se 4 ghante ke liye paani mein bhigo kar rakh dein. (Agar subah jaldi banana hai, toh aap raat bhar bhi bhigo sakti hain).
Step 2: Batter Taiyar Karna
Bhigi hui dal aur chawal ka paani nikal lijiye. Ab ise mixer grinder mein daalein. Saath mein hari mirch, adrak, jeera, hing aur thoda sa paani daal kar ek smooth aur patla batter (jaise normal dosa ka hota hai) pees lijiye.
Step 3: Namak Milana
Batter ko ek bade bartan mein nikalein aur usme swaad anusar namak mila kar acche se phent lein. Aapka instant dosa batter taiyar hai!
Step 4: Dosa Sekna
Ek non-stick tawa garam karein aur us par thoda sa paani chhidak kar kapde se saaf kar lein (is se tawa ka temperature set hota hai).
Ab ek bada chammach (ladle) batter tawa ke beech mein daalein aur gol-gol ghumate hue patla phailayein.
Dosa ke kinaron par aur beech mein thoda sa ghee ya tel lagayein. Medium aanch par ise tab tak sekein jab tak yeh niche se golden aur crispy na ho jaye.
Step 5: Serve Karein
Jab dosa kinare chhodne lage aur crispy dikhne lage, toh ise mod kar tawa se utar lein. Aap chahein toh iske andar barik kata hua pyaaz aur hara dhaniya bhi daal sakti hain.
